Course objectives:

• How to serve alcohol while taking care of patrons
• Your responsibility in a gambling environment
• How to recognise and assist patrons with a gambling problem
• Understand the operation of gaming machines, pay lines and processing payouts

Assessment: Each unit of study has an assessment, if you have literacy difficulties then a trainer may be available to assist you with a verbal assessment.

You do not have to be over 18 years of age to attend RSA.
